09.09.2002:Solo marathon of Fedor Konykhov: 1.5 millions of strokes across the Atlantics Rowing boat ‘Uralaz’ was built in Great Britain especially for the current voyage of Fedor Konykhov. Lately it was set afloat and tested in the Channel. This event gave occasion to a new Fedor Konykhov’s press-conference, which was held in a yacht-club ‘The Fifth Ocean’ on the forth of September.

Olga Babanova takes part in the expedition too: she’ll be providing radio-connection with the wall and the outer world.
26.08.2002:Pamirs expedition of International Climbing Club is completed The climbing team had ascended the peaks Adamtash, Polytechnic, Energy and Zamok (Temple) in Fan mountains. In Darvaz range (North-West Pamirs) the athletes had climbed three nameless summits.
