American climbers Fabrizio Zangrilli and Billy Pierson just returned from an attempt at Nuptse East, 7804m. Fabrizio, 30, is a resident of Boulder, Colorado and met Billy in 2000 on K2. Since then the two have been climbing partners. Fabrizio has guided on Cho Oyu, Shisha Pangma, Everest, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum II, and Makalu.
